The votes are close!
So we’re decided to extend the Festival Run:Close meaning neck and neck to the finish? a tie in 1st place or even a 3 way tie? exciting ehhhh? but a last minute extension is a bit strange or say 4 or 3 hrs, before the cut-off Philippine time you( organizers) have decided to extend the Festival run? filmmakers what do you say? Would you care to know how close the votes were at 8- 9pm March 9, 2012 , between two films? What will happen if by 9th April VOTES are still close…. ” the votes are close!” only mean one thing there was no tie in the 1st place and the FESTIVAL has a winner.
